Other Experience

There are no differences in formatting between entries in the technical work experience section and other extra-curricular or work experience sections. However, how to structure these sections depends on the content of your resume. For example, you may have one section called “Other Experience” for work experience that’s non-technical and another section called “Extra-Curricular Leadership Experience” for extra-curricular experiences such as involvement in a student organization.

There are exceptions, but this section is usually the least important out of all the sections and so should be the first place to look when deciding on sections or entries to cut.
