Technical Skills

This section is mostly for the benefit of ATS and so can be put at the very end of your resume. In this section, you will want to capture as many of the technical skills that you have used and that are in your resume. You will also want to split this section into subsections so that it looks something like:

How you would like to split up the technical skills section is up to you, but keep in mind a few things:

• Sometimes the distinction between a library and framework is nebulous, so it is a good idea to just have these as one section
• A testing section here is good to include testing libraries and frameworks, as it is usually a waste of space to include testing in work experience or project bullet points
• Spell out acronyms in this section for the benefit of ATS. For example, “Amazon Web Services (AWS)” instead of just “AWS”
